Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services provided by TaskShift AI. Where we sign a separate written agreement with you for a specific project, that agreement takes precedence over anything below.
Using this website
You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. Content on the site — copy, design, code and imagery — belongs to us unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Enquiries and the free audit
Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us does not create a contract. The free audit is exactly that — a conversation about where your business is losing leads or time, with no obligation on either side. We may decline to take on work if we don't think automation is the right answer for you.
Services
Scope, timeline, deliverables and price for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Timelines quoted on this site (for example, “most automations go live within 1–2 weeks”) are typical, not guaranteed — actual timing depends on scope and on how quickly we get the access and information we need from you.
Where a plan is described as month-to-month, you may cancel it with notice as set out in your agreement. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of work already delivered.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us, for holding the rights to any content or data you ask us to use, and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform involved — in particular WhatsApp's Business Messaging policies and the telecoms regulations that apply to automated calling in your jurisdiction. We will advise on these, but compliance for messages sent from your business remains yours.
Third-party platforms
Our work is built on third-party services — telephony, AI models, messaging APIs, hosting. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by those providers, though we will work with you to adapt when they happen.
AI-generated output
Voice agents and chat assistants generate responses automatically. We design, ground and test these systems to keep them accurate and on-brand, but no such system is infallible. We recommend human review for high-stakes interactions, and we will agree escalation paths with you as part of any build.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
